About this honey
Haddrell's has been producing Manuka honey in New Zealand since 1993 and helped set up the UMF Honey Association, which certifies genuine Manuka honey. Every jar carries the UMF™ quality mark. MGO 573+ means every kilo of this honey contains at least 573 mg of methylglyoxal (MGO), the natural compound that makes Manuka honey special. The higher the number, the stronger the honey.

How to use
Take a medium spoonful on an empty stomach in the morning. Or enjoy it in your tea, drizzled over granola and Greek yoghurt, or on avocado toast. Don't stir it into boiling water; let your tea or water cool down a little first. We explain more in Manuka honey benefits and how to use it.

100% New Zealand Manuka honey (Haddrell's MGO 573+).
Storage
Keep it in a cool place (below 25°C), away from sunlight, and don't refrigerate it. Always use a dry spoon.
