Storage
Keep it in a cool place (below 25°C), away from sunlight, and don't refrigerate it. Always use a dry spoon.

How do I know the honey is authentic?
Authentic Manuka honey has its grade printed on the label as MGO or UMF, and it’s packed in New Zealand. All our products are genuine and imported from New Zealand.

Both measure the strength of Manuka honey, just in different ways. The higher the number, the stronger the honey.
